1. Shiri na Kayan Danye
Haɗa Mai da Mai– Man kayan lambu (dabino, waken soya, sunflower, rapeseed) ana tace su, a yi musu bleach, sannan a cire ƙamshi (RBD). Ana iya ƙara kitse mai tauri (kamar stearin na dabino) don laushi.
- Haɗawar Lokaci na Ruwa– Ana shirya ruwa, gishiri, emulsifiers (lecithin, mono/diglycerides), abubuwan kiyayewa (potassium sorbate), da dandano

2. Emulsification
Matakan mai da ruwa suna gauraye a cikin wanitankin emulsificationtare da masu tayar da hankali masu ƙarfi don samar da ingantaccen pre-emulsion (ruwa-a-mai).
Matsakaicin rabo: kashi 80% na mai, kashi 20% na ruwa (zai iya bambanta ga yawan mai da ba shi da mai).
3. Man shafawa (Maganin Zafi)

4. Sanyaya & Kirkirar (Tsarin Masu Zabe)
